One-sided corrugater is used to roll corrugated base paper (core paper) into corrugated corrugated paper, and at the same time bond with face paper to form one-sided corrugated board. In the production and operation of this kind of single-sided corrugating machine, there are sometimes a variety of adverse conditions, such as: corrugated boards, corrugated papers, corrugated, edge peeling, corrugated, corrugated cracks, corrugated deformation, washboard shape, cardboard surface showing stripes and so on. Such kinds of faults are generally related to insufficient heat, insufficient braking force, bearing wear of roll neck, abnormal glue coating and so on. We should distinguish the causes and take appropriate measures to deal with them. For example, in the production of cardboard, carton paper or corrugated paper creases, generally due to insufficient braking force and paper moisture uneven. In the process of conveying paper, paper should have a certain tension, too large tension is easy to break paper, too small is easy to make the paper crease uneven, so we must adjust the tension adjustment mechanism on the paper holder to make the braking force appropriate.

We realize from practice that the gluing part is a key link, which deserves the attention of operators, because the faults caused by abnormal gluing have a greater impact on the quality of products, and sometimes have an impact on the accurate judgment of the causes of the faults. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the gluing part whether it is maintenance or inspection (or adjustment) of the gluing part before starting the machine, or the cause analysis of the quality failure of corrugated cardboard during operation. Based on our practical operation experience, this paper introduces the problems that should be paid attention to in the gluing section for reference and exchange.

The method of checking and adjusting the gap between the coated roll and the lower corrugated roll is as long as 0.1-0.2 mm thick paper (one or two) is clamped between the roll and the roll, and then the pressure between the roll and the roll is adjusted to make the hand feel a certain resistance when extracting the clamped paper, and the axial direction should be consistent. If the rubber-coated roll and the lower corrugated roll are not parallel, it will obviously lead to the situation of one end loosening and one end tightening. This requires adjusting the screw on both sides of the limit plate to drive the connecting rod to move, so that the even rubber roll is adjusted to be parallel to the lower corrugated roll. The same is true of the gap adjustment method between the rubber leveling roll and the rubber coating roll.

As mentioned above, the suitable clearance can be achieved by adjusting. However, it must be noted that the clearance suitable for process requirements can be maintained only under the normal condition of Parts'performance. Cots, cots, worm gears and other parts constitute a coordinated whole of parts. If one of the components is worn out, or two of them are worn out. If the parts cooperate abnormally, then, in the dynamic situation, the normal performance of this kind of adjustment can not be guaranteed, resulting in the quality failure of corrugated cardboard is inevitable. Therefore, in the process of operation and maintenance, we must pay close attention to the condition of the parts in the glue-coated part and the coordination of the parts. If we find the defect, we must deal with it in time. Otherwise, we can't solve the problem only by adjusting the gap blindly.
